Excellent for chocolate gifts and a cafe with single origin hot chocolate for all tastes! My daughters plumped for milk hot chocolate with plenty of toppings but my dark Venezuelan chocolate with added flavours of orange and chilli was the bomb. You can choose from a range of dark, milk, or white chocolate and then add to them from a range of toppings and flavours. My drink was perfect as the two additives were subtle, as they should be. You can have a chocolate fondue or really double indulge with a brownie and a chocolate drink. They make brilliant gifts. At Christmas I bought their moulded coco bean which you can fill with your own choice of handmade chocolates, they were selling huge chocolate Christmas baubles and their hot chocolate single origin buttons (to melt into hot chocolate) are the best quality. I’m usually a coffee person but I drink hot chocolate here.

Beautiful spot tucked away from the busier high street which I absolutely loved. Perfect for all ages and to read a book, work or have a chill hangout with a friend too. They’ve got gelato, hot chocolate, truffles, boxed chocolate, baked goods so really something for everyone. Got gelato and was welcomed by Katie, Evie and Lucy, lovely people and they made me feel so comfortable, it’s an atmosphere I’ve been missing and I can see this place becoming my “catch up with myself” spot. Really feels like a break from the world outside. With chocolate. Bonus points! Massive yes.

The best hot chocolate! Such a great atmosphere created by the incredibly friendly staff and cosy interior. Getting a seat can sometimes be challenging, but it’s completely worth the wait. The hot chocolates are rich and there are multiple different ones to choose from to suit your taste. Each beverage comes with a complementary piece of chocolate- which in our case was a honeycomb one! Absolutely delicious. They also serve chocolates, ice creams and food, but I haven’t had the opportunity to try yet. Will come again!

A lovely place in the heart of Exeter. A great selection of hot chocolate for any palate. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I had a nice time and treated myself to some goodies.

Our family called into Chococo whilst in Exeter as we wanted to get a coffee away from the chain coffee shops. What a gem that we found down a side street. The coffee, cakes and chocolates were marvellous. The serving staff were lovely and really chatty, and it's clear that they have a lot of regulars. We would definitely go back if we were to go back to Exeter.

Found this vibrant and engaging cafe by pure luck! We were greeted by a team who were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the whole experience. The drinks and sweet treats were great, fantastic if you have a sweet tooth! An all round great experience
